    Hi all.
    I bought a SA44 (not a SA44B) and I do not know if the Spike software can be used as a SA44B. Can someone tell me what are the differences between the two devices? . Thank you very much

    Hello Jaguirre,

    Yes, the SA44 will work just fine with the Spike software. You can download the Spike software at http://www.shnavloginupdates250428.kinsta.cloud/Spike. Functionally, you should notice no differences between the SA44 and SA44B other than some RBW restrictions in certain configurations. If you have more specific questions let us know.

    From a hardware standpoint, the SA44 does not have a preamplifier, so the noise figure is much higher. It also has more spurious and residual signals than the SA44B. But it should run in our Spike software. There are additional RBW / VBW limitations for the SA44 as well, for spans larger than 200 kHz.
