    Saira,
We do not currently have a Linux solution for the VSG25A, aside from a Raspberry Pi 2 solution we came up with for a customer, but that was for an order of 50. Would this be a one off, or something with long term purchases?

Do you have a shared object I could utilize in Linux to call APIs?

There are shared objects for the other signal hound product ranges, however, I did not come across one for vsg25 ( might be looking at the wrong places ….).

Thanks for the swift reply Andrew,

Is there any plan to generate vsg25 libraries for Linux by any chance? I suspect a good number of people could find this useful.

We do not have plans to develop a Linux API for the VSG25A at this point.

    Hello Andrew,

I currently have a Raspberry pi 5 setup with a spectrum analyzer and I need to hook up my VSG25a to the analyzer for remote control on raspberry pi OS.

Any solution, even not official ones, would do the job. I just need to control the VSG25a from this raspberry pi 5. Would it be possible?

    Thanks a lot!

There is still only Windows support for the VSG25, with no current plans to support other operating systems or CPU architectures.
