Follow up to my question.
I called for help with this and spoke to both Justin and AJ.
Both conversations were handled with extreme professionalism and courtesy
Several issues were rectified and my system is back up and running.
The major issue was the incompatibility of the T Radon 2400 HD pro video card. On AJ suggestion I looked for a current driver and installed it. Magic!! back in business.
Great product, great company and exemplary customer service.
