We do not have any plans to add this to the BB60C, although I can definitely see the use cases. I may propose adding Video Trigger Out to our SM200A, which has a much bigger FPGA and more I/O resources.
In many cases, you can use the Trigger In for tests of this nature. For example, if your scope or signal source can provide a trigger, this could be sent to the BB60C trigger in.
