I solved this by exporting all the 0403/6010 usb keys from regedit. There are 3, one composite and two serial converter.
I then imported it in regedit on my desktop which I started with a tool runassystem otherwise you can’t change USB keys. I first removed all the previous 0403/6010 keys.
